Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological and social well being.

It affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle Stress, Relate to others and make choices. Mental Health is important at every stage of life: Right from childhood to adult hood


Stressed ? Depressed ? Frustrated ? Cannot focus ? Sad ?


Stop there!!! And give a thought of taking professional advice.


Just as physical health Mental health is necessary too. Mental Health should be taken as the Top Priority because this is the place with which we have to live forever, why not make it HEALTHY and WISE


We go to see a dentist, if we have problem in our teeth

We go see a doctor if our hand gets fractured, in same way we should go and seek a MIND doctor if we are troubling through stress, depression and anxiety or any kind of thing for which you have been struggling to get through, contact your Mind Therapist and make it resolve as soon as possible.

The more Unnecessary and negative thought we create,and keep them inside our brain, more trouble we create for ourselves, Its better to speak out your mind, to be healthy.

Just like how we delete our unnecessary data from our cell phone so that we can have more space inside our phone memory and works smoothly without getting hanged.

  1. Long lasting Sadness or Irritability.

  2. Extremely high and low moods or Anxiety.

  3. Social Withdrawal

  4. Dramatic changes in eating and sleeping habits.

We can see the physical wounds but wounds of our mind cannot be seen,

TYPES of mental illness-mood disorder, anxiety disorder, personality disorder, psychotic disorder, eating disorder, trauma, substance abuse (alcohol/drugs/smoke)

If you live with someone with a mental illness, you may experience different emotions, including anxiety, anger, shame and sadness. You may also feel helpless in regards to situation. EVERYONE REACTS DIFFERENTLY.


How to know that you should take care of your mental health, cannot focus on things, when you are stressed, worried, angry, frustrated cannot sleep these are the signs when you should be aware of seeking a mental health.

Taking care of your mental health should be included in our everyday routine.

Just like we eat good for maintaining and keeping ourselves physically fit and get energy from food in the same way ,we should take care of our mental diet too, How?


  • Feed your mind with positive thoughts.

  • Cut yourself from negative news,toxic people and things which are not good for you.

  • EAT RIGHT

  • THINK RIGHT

  • SPEAK RIGHT

  • Read right

  • Move your body (include any-kind of workout)

  • Take sunlight

  • Spend time with your friends

  • Take time for self care.

So this is how we can take insurance of our MIND FOR LIFETIME WHICH IS WORTH IT

When you are balanced inside your mind you can be 10 times more productive and can live a healthy and happy life.


Don’t forget your Mental Health, because you matter!
