No Judgements!

Our brain is very kind, knows only Yes and No!

And accepts things only with logic and things which are positive.

However, we train our minds in a negative way where it gets puzzled and we keep giving negative thoughts. We make Habits Then habit creates YOU.

Everyday just passes with confusion with no productivity, irritation and frustration.

Reality is different but we keep wandering in our minds which is called imaginary world, where our mind gets confused figuring it out between Reality and Imaginary world then we start judging ourselves as well as others.

What is Judgement?

Judgement is a negative emotion, which creates a sense of doubt and resist you to move forward.

Let’s stop judging ourselves and start observing ourselves. Let’s have a reality check.

Observe our thoughts, emotions and feelings and sit with yourself and understand they are trying to tell you something.

Example: We don’t buy the products that we don’t use then why should we buy negative thoughts, of course they are of no use. They just damage our minds.

Acknowledge it and work for it.

Be a good learner and keep practicing things which will give you and your mind the reasonable purpose of life to live. Add meaning to your life.

Don’t use your brains in raw form, it is your power house, if power house has right flow, you will have right flow in life too.

Handle your minds with care, it is fragile and sensitive.

Judgement is red signal, STOP there !

Observation is the new YOU, where all things fall into peaceful and sorted way.

Lets make our minds a wiser place to be because we live and survive because of it.

Our mind is like a temple, we remove our shoes before entering and dirty things are not allowed inside premises then why should we allow negative thoughts to rule our minds.

Live without judgements, Float like a water.
