Phobia-Just a temporary feeling
Some have a fear from dog, some with heights some with darkness, some have Maths phobia and many more varieties of phobias there exist in a person mind.

What is Phobia?
It’s just a feeling and a thought of whatever you had seen and experienced in your life and accordingly you start giving a thought about your own liking and disliking and define it as fear or phobia.
For Example- you have a childhood memory where you saw a dog running and barking behind you and you had a fear that it will bite you. So this is the feeling which gets carry forward in your mind until and unless you deal with it.
If we say if you had calmly faced and deal with the dog your fear must not have developed for that particular thing.
Phobia is just a thought which gets converted into feelings then gets represented in your action and behavior which often results in negative outcomes.
We cannot declare Phobia as a disease but a temporary thought which is not sorted and cleared with time, makes a permanent home in our mind.
The best way to overcome your fears is to just relive it or include a “Self-talk” and give a thought over that particular feeling which is troubling you and have the courage of facing it.
Until and unless you won’t face you are not going to come out from that fear.
Surely you will jump to a conclusion and feel an achievement in yourself which in fact is healthy for our mind.
Mind plays so many puzzles and the riddles not being solved becomes a phobia.
Designate, contemplate, question, resolve and face your thoughts we are not meant to live dreadful but we are brave enough to overcome our fears.
